良禽择木而栖，人应该往高处走（Birds choose wood to live, and people should go high.）

前几天降温的缘故，天气还是挺凉爽的，今天就又热起来了，直接夏天的感觉了。上班的时候直接换上了短袖的工作服，就是这样还是会出汗。天气热人就会急躁，再加上活也挺多，心里就更急了。

最近公司里面辞职的多了起来，这两年效益一般，员工的工资不高，现在的生活压力越来越大，很多人就撑不下去了。感觉钱不好挣，花起来还特别快，真的是挺难的。

上班的时候正好看到一个车间的员工去找车间主任辞职，车间主任问他为什么辞职，他回答的倒是很实在，“工资太低了，没法养家糊口了，家里人都不愿意了，家里的父母给他找了个新工作，所以要辞职。”车间主任听了也就没在说什么，毕竟这是实情，只说了一句再好好考虑考虑，就在他的辞职报告上签字了。然后他就毅然决然的走了，我感觉他早就考虑好了，肯定是要离开了。

良禽择木而栖，人确实应该向前看，去努力提升自己，往更高更好的平台发展，创造一个更加美好的未来。

Recently, there have been many resignations in the company. In the past two years, the benefits have been average, the wages of employees are not high, and now the pressure of life is getting bigger and bigger, so many people can't keep up. It's really hard to earn money and spend it very quickly.

When I was at work, I just saw a workshop employee go to the workshop director to resign. The workshop director asked him why he resigned, but his answer was very real. "The salary is too low to support the family, and my family is unwilling. My parents found him a new job, so I have to resign." The workshop director didn't say anything after listening to it. After all, this is the truth. He only said one thing and then thought it over, and signed his resignation report. Then he left resolutely, and I felt that he had already thought about it and was definitely leaving.

Birds choose trees to live, and people should really look ahead, strive to improve themselves, develop on a higher and better platform, and create a better future.
