今天一早又起来做核酸检测了，现在要求健康码上必须是七天以内的核酸检测证明，否则出行就要受限制。虽然近期我们这里早已清零，但周边市区还是有确诊出现，所以管控也是一直没有放松。这次疫情持续如此之久，真是远远超出了人们的想象，感觉要寄托于特效药的出现了。

这两天下起了淅淅沥沥的小雨，气温也是骤降，出门真是挺冷的，很多人又拿出来了刚收拾起来的厚衣服，都以为现在都这种时节了，不会再冷了，结果真是让人意想不到。感觉现在的极端天气也多了起来，要么很热，要么很冷，中间再时不时的忽冷忽热，让人懵掉的感觉。

下完雨的早上空气特别新鲜，让人神清气爽的感觉。现在做核酸也是越来越快了，去了也没有长长的队伍了，几乎就是随到随做，这点感觉还是挺好的，这样就不用老早就起来排队了，也不耽误上班和上学。做完以后走在回去的路上，呼吸着新鲜的空气，感觉早起出门锻炼的话挺好的，让人很舒服。

一年之计在于春，一日之计在于晨。我们应该珍惜早晨的美好时光，早起锻炼身体或是到外面活动活动，感受一下大自然的美好。

I got up early this morning to do nucleic acid test again. Now, it is required that the health code must have a nucleic acid test certificate within seven days, otherwise travel will be restricted. Although we have already cleared it recently, there are still confirmed cases in the surrounding urban areas, so the control has not been relaxed. The epidemic lasted for so long, it was far beyond people's imagination, and it felt like it was due to the emergence of specific drugs.

It rained lightly in the past two days, and the temperature dropped sharply. It was really cold to go out. Many people took out the thick clothes they had just picked up, thinking that it would not be cold any more now. The result was really unexpected. I feel that there are more extreme weather now, which is either very hot or very cold, and sometimes it's hot and cold in the middle, which makes people feel stupid.

The air is particularly fresh in the morning after the rain, which makes people feel refreshed. Now it's getting faster and faster to do nucleic acid, and there is no long queue when you go. It's almost as you go, which feels quite good, so you don't have to get up in line long ago, and you don't have to delay work and school. After walking back, breathing fresh air, I feel it's nice and comfortable to get up early and go out for exercise.

A year's plan lies in spring, and a day's plan lies in the morning. We should cherish the good time in the morning, get up early to exercise or go outside to feel the beauty of nature.
