Citrus fruits are one of my favourites to add a tangy zing to my drinks and snacks.
Eating some fish with some lemon is a great way to be rid of that 'fishy' smell that many people hate, myself included. I love a healthy helping of sushi and sashimi but the pungent smell of fish can put me off if not prepared correctly.
Lemons, limes, grapefruit, oranges and many others of the citrus family are an amazing way to get sweetness and sours into a daily meal. Lemon water has been proven to be a great morning beverage.
The rind of a lemon or orange makes the perfect accompaniment to cake baking too! Add some zing with citrus :)
