My family and I celebrated all soul's day together. And we gathered to visit in the cemetery for the deceased loved ones and other relatives, lighting candles and praying for God's mercy and forgiveness for their souls. We gathered first at the grave of our beloved and dearest mother.
All Souls' Day is a solemn and significant day in the Catholic Church and many other Christian denominations. It is a day dedicated to remembering and praying for the souls of the departed, particularly those in purgatory. It's a time to reflect on the interconnectedness of the living and the dead, a reminder of the importance of compassion, remembrance, and the hope for eternal life.
All Souls' Day serves as a moment of comfort and reflection, bringing people together to honor and remember those who have gone before us.
And after that we went to the graves of our departed relatives.
