Each year older is a blessing. It might not always feel like it. But every year adds countless memories to the story of your life.

On my birthday this year, I think about how lucky I am to have people that have supported me through thick and thin. This coming year, I am going to find ways to be an invaluable friend to each of these people who have stood by me.

This coming year, I am going to live, learn and grow in a large way. I am going to discover my dreams, and bravely take one step each week towards turning those dreams into my reality. I am good enough. I am strong enough. I am smart enough. And I deserve to live a life that is uniquely mine!

I am grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had to grow and develop this year. I am grateful for every door that was closed, because it was not the right path for me. I am going to carve time out of all the busyness this coming year, and quiet my mind. I am going to reflect on who I am, and who I want to become. I will discover me.
