Ron DeSantis has got to be THE BEST governor of Florida in my lifetime but he still falls behind on Cannabis legislation. The midterm elections are coming up but I'm confident enough to say that DeSantis doesn't really have strong competition going against him.
Even with many voters in Florida being supportive of recreational marijuana legislation, the Democrat candidates aren't going to be propped up on simple cannabis legislation alone. Democrats do not have the right policies to court older voters, but instead have relied on attracting younger voters and Recreational Cannabis is very much supported by younger voters. Ron DeSantis is a behemoth right now on the national stage which has earned him almost double digits above any other contender in both parties.
Yet, what is holding him back, which seemingly is nothing, is cannabis legislation which would solidify his position as being the VERY likely victor of the 2022 Gubernatorial Election. Ron DeSantis is the general crowd favorite, but if he publicly reveals his support for recreational marijuana, there will be NOTHING stopping him from winning a second term!
I notice the same. But its often with right wing conservative or whatever you wanna call them; they dont advocate for cannabis.
Then you got the left; no problem smoke sum as long if you take some vax shots every 6 months and walk around with a mouth mask looking like a robber.🤔
