Have a good day every one. Today I cooked for snacks called camote chips in which the camote was harvested the camote in our farm.

Ingredients:
1kilo camotes (sweet potatoes)
1 packet coconut oil
1/4 kilo brown sugar
Instructions:
Wash the camotes and slice them thinly using a sharp knife and put a small amount of sugar.
Heat the frying pan and add 1 packet coconut oil.
Fry the camote chips in a medium heat until golden brown and crispy and let them cool for a few minutes.
Serve the camote chips immediately.
