Camote Delight

Being a foodie really enables me to discover new food ideas. In addition, I also realized that I'm way better in making desserts than other dishes. Aside from making leche flan, a camote delight is also a great alternative for those days when your sweet tooth strikes in again.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kilogram of camote(sweet potato).
  • 1/8 margarine.
  • 1 can of condensed milk.
  • 1 can of evaporated milk.

Procedure:

  1. Cook the camote.
  2. Remove the peel then crush afterwards.
  3. Heat up the margarine in a pan.
  4. Put the crushed camote.
  5. Add the condensed and evaporated milk.
  6. Mix then wait until five minutes to cook and add color if desired.
