Being a foodie really enables me to discover new food ideas. In addition, I also realized that I'm way better in making desserts than other dishes. Aside from making leche flan, a camote delight is also a great alternative for those days when your sweet tooth strikes in again.
Ingredients:
- 1 kilogram of camote(sweet potato).
- 1/8 margarine.
- 1 can of condensed milk.
- 1 can of evaporated milk.
Procedure:
- Cook the camote.
- Remove the peel then crush afterwards.
- Heat up the margarine in a pan.
- Put the crushed camote.
- Add the condensed and evaporated milk.
- Mix then wait until five minutes to cook and add color if desired.
