We are getting closer to July month and it's already 15 days passed. And I think everyone got a great chance to collect some Blurt with the BTC drop. And I thought Count down should be started for July BPUD event.
And as a quick update about Sri Lanka, Nothing to say. Already we are at the hell. Everywhere we can see only queues. And there is upcoming food shortage in the near future. My Bf said he is in a petrol queue for than 1 and half day until now because news says there is no update about a oil ship in upcoming weeks.
But still how can we miss the #BPUD JULY!
What is #bpud ?
If you have no clue what is #bpud ,
#bpud is all about powering up your liquid Blurt to Blurt power. You can join the event by powering up on the 1st of July from your local time, and preparing a post with screenshots of your wallet before and after powering up.
Prerequisites
- You must have at least 500 BP in your account to join this event. 500 BP must be your own (not delegations).
- No active power downs or power-downs within a month prior to #bpud
Rules
- Your powerup for the event must be made on 1st of the month according to your local time. Please indicate your country in a hashtag so that I can verify it faster.
- You must share a post under #bpud tag by showing screenshots of your wallet before and after powerup.
- Minimum powerup amount should be 100 BLURT
Winner Selection Method
Winners will select and announce before the 5th day of the month.
The winner is selected considering the percentage that they have powered up.
Ex:
User A
BP before powering up = 500 BP
Blurt powered up = 2000 Blurt
Contribution = 400%
User B
BP before powering up = 1000 BP
Blurt powered up = 1000 Blurt
Contribution = 100%
User A is considered as the winner among them.
Following is the updated prize list of #BPUD
Highest Blurt Powerups
1st Place - 50% vote prize from megadrive
2nd Place - 40% vote prize from megadrive
3rd Place - 30% vote prize from megadrive
4th Place - 20% vote prize from megadrive
5th Place - 10% vote prize from megadrive
This places will be selected from highest powerups and the powerup amount should be larger than 500 Blurt to recieve this special vote prize.

Yes, we are only hurting ourselves and Blurt by delaying powerups until next month. If you believe in Blurt, always power up liquid tokens immediately, and resist all efforts to make you wait.
I would like to see the math behind what proves that statement. I have seen talk about it but not any numbers. If these already exist, please give an example, even if its on hive or steemit. Or point me to the right direction please.
