T‌here are several health benefits of eating boiled vegetables. Boiled vegetables are content with water, high amounts of fibre, and are fat-free(as compared to other ways of cooking vegetables), helping in weight management

*Is it good to eat boiled vegetables?
Boiling food can remove a lot of oxalates, which are compounds that can cause kidney stones. By eating boiled vegetables, you're taking in fewer oxalate, which helps prevent kidney stones. For example, boiling spinach reduces its oxalate content significantly.

*What is the healthiest way to eat vegetables?
Steaming veggies can preserve nutrients, color, shape, and texture, without having to add any unnecessary fats through ingredients like oils or butter. To steam, place food into a steam basket and cover over simmering water. Since food is not directly touching the water, vegetables retain more of their nutrients.

In my boiled veggies I added ginamos(fermented fish) with lots of calamansi to give an extra taste into my veggies.
