The biggest issue in India is regarding women's safety. Crimes against women in India have increased significantly. It has become difficult for women to step out safely. Women think twice before leaving their homes, especially at night.
In India, women have been given equal rights as men, but these rights are sometimes just in name, and they are not always recognized. Even today, women are suppressed and considered weak by men. Women have raised their voices, won medals for the country, and excelled in education. Yet, they are living under the shadow of fear
There's hardly a day that goes by without news in newspapers or on news channels about crimes against women. The condition of crimes against women in India is extremely distressing, especially in a country where the worship of goddesses is practiced. In many parts of the country, acid attacks have become commonplace, and every day we hear stories of rape, kidnapping, and other atrocities. Additionally, domestic violence and murder in the name of honor have become all too common. In this country, violence against women in the name of dowry after marriage, beating, and even killing women has become distressingly frequent.
