Some people just don’t have a side they just get a job done. That’s not always such a bad thing. For example a developer who is skilled just develops. Rich developers might pick and choose products based on morale but in the early days they probably just do work offered etc. I agree tho you don’t give them the secret sauce in week one lol but that Applies to everyone more and more we see trust is earned not granted. This is why the only guy I ever worked for rly will employ me on any ongoing project he does. Can he find someome with tbe same skill level and better yeah sure but did I earn trust by always keeping things private and just being reliable and genuine ... yes. This is why I’ve lost trust for mega drive because he’s covering up mistakes with lies.
