The tax law of the early 1900s was supposed to be time limited, without even discussing the CONSTITUTIONALITY of it to begin with. The FEDERAL RESERVE is the direct reciepient of taxes as the used to fund the early stages of building back from a depression. Like all other temporary powers they kept this going to fund their own corrupt and often unpatriotic enterprise to this day. FILING taxes is voluntaary for the citizen. Shit I purposefully make the least amount of money on the books as possible to even avoid the question.
