It's been a while since I posted here due to my tight schedule, because I'm preparing for my forth coming examination which is my final year exams. So today I will be sharing my experience as a peacemaker.
Actually, I have a lot of experience of being a peace maker, because I'm an ambassador for peace. I have settled a lot of dispute/fight between my friends, neighbours, and family.
During my secondary school days, on a particular day two of my friends were fighting because of money during the break time to the extent that they were exchanging blow/fist, so I ran in between them to separate them but, unfortunately for me I received a blow/fist on my face from one of them, up till today I didn't know the exact person that hit me that day out of the two of them, because I was not myself and I was unconscious for some minutes.
After some times, I regained my consciousness and the two fighters were regretting for fighting in the first place. At the end of the day, I settled the fight for them and they agreed with me not to fight again.
Another experience was with my neighbor, when I gained admission into higher institution there was a lady that we were living together in the same hostel off campus, we were very close so I know much about her, she introduced her mother to me and we were more like a family friend. So, I noticed that she doesn't like to talk about her father, one day I asked her what was the problem with her and her father, she narrated everything about her father that her father abandoned her mother and her siblings to marry another woman, she told me that she has vowed not to associate with the man in any way.
I told her not to act like that, I let her realized that no matter what happens she can't replace her father, though it took some times before she accepted to reconcile with her father, I also tried to call the father on behalf of the lady to settle the dispute between him and his daughter.
After they reconciled together, it's not up to a year that the man died, the lady called to inform me about the demise of her father and she thanked me for standing in gap between her and her father in order to settle the dispute not knowing that the man will die.
It's good to be a lover of peace, now the lady has traveled out of the country and she will always called to thank me for what I did for her.
