A Weekend With My Friends

Yesterday I made a post about my sublime Sunday even though my day was only half way gone, I talked about how good I was feeling about the new week and it got better for me and my friends. I decided to go see my friend and somehow we agreed to go out for some snacks at a fast food even though say "Money nor dey" 😂

So the girls went out and we didn't fail to take pictures before the adventure. My phone camera is bad so I used my friend's phone to do the photography work. We even made a video but trust me, you don't want to watch it... We were too excited about the outing that we kept laughing in the video 😂

We got to the fast food and we met a queue waiting to be served and I was like "What? 😂 It isn't a festive period and it's at an odd time of Sunday, why the queue?". Well, Nancy joined the queue to take our orders while I went to secure a seat for us. I found it really funny that if I had not secured a seat the moment I got in, we would have just had to take our orders home to eat and we didn't want that.

We finally got our orders, paid and sat comfortably to enjoy our meals. No, that's not the real color of our clothes and the snack 😂 the fast food did an extra job by using odd colors of light in the seating lounge. So we just enjoyed what we got.

Don't mind Nancy, she kept taking pictures even when I said it was enough 😂 but I'm just going to add it to this post to keep it for future references, don't mind me too 😌 so we enjoyed our snacks and ice cream then left for a friend's place. Actually visiting a friend was the main agenda but girls got to have some fun, so we made a way with snacks first.

We got to my friend's place and it was another kind of fun entirely. We got into talking about old times since it's been long we saw each other. We were five in number and every one of us had something to say to the other 😂 trust me and my many talk, I kept making them laugh even though I'm not a funny person 😌

We talked for some time and my friend told us about her health and what she had been going through, it hasn't been easy for her but we were able to comfort her a bit before we left her place. She even sent an appreciation message to us this morning, I'm glad she felt that happy to have done that.

It was time to go home and my friend thought it fit to gift me some dried fish that would go really well with Egusi soup 😂 so expect a post from me about that because I plan to oppress my stomach with a well prepared Egusi soup and dried fish taken with Akpu or Eba 😃

Yesterday was so much fun, no doubt and I hope to have more fun days ahead even as I will be graduating soon.
