Beulangong sauce is a type of culinary dish, curry with beef or goat that contains protein. Meat cooked with a little bit of a mixture of other ingredients such as jackfruit, bananas, and banana stems.
This method of making Beulangong soup, which is very popular in Aceh, does not require special skills in cooking, but a few ways to cook it are quite simple, even though the ingredients used are very many.
And here are some beulangong soup recipes that you can follow if you want to taste it at your home:
- 2 kilograms of beef / mutton.
- 1 jackfruit, not too big.
Ground spices:
- 2 ounces of dry chili.
- 2 ounces of red chili.
- 1 ounce of cayenne pepper.

- 50 grams of garlic.

- 250 grams of red onion, chopped.

- Curry leaves to taste.
- 2 pieces of nutmeg.
- 1 tablespoon cardamom.
- 1 tablespoon of star anise.
