I will be talking about some words or phrases used in my country(Nigeria).

1.Mafo-This means dont be afraid or scarred.
2.Kala-This is a Nigerian word used to describe someone who is stingy, someone who doesn't love to give out what he has.
3.Ese-This is actually used to show gratitude or appreciate a person,this simply means "Thank you".
4.Oku-This is a word used for someone who has died or is dead.
5.Asewo-This is a word used for someone who is a prostitute ,or someone who sells her body for money.
6.Ole-This is a word used to describe a person who doesnt want to work,someone who is lazy.
7.Talaka-A word used for someone who is poor or someone who doesnt have enough money to take care of himself.
8.Wahala-This is a word which means problem or trouble.
9.I no sabi-This word means i dont know
10.Wetin dey happen-This word means whats going on ,or what is happening.
11.I wan chop -This means i want to eat e.g i wan chop rice,i want to eat rice.
12.Vex-This is a word used for someone is angry,upset or annoyed.
13.Area boys-Street-smart young men that loiter around neighborhoods.
14.Wayo-This is a word used for someone who is a fraudster.
15.Abeg-This is a word used to plead or beg for something from someone.
16.Were-This is a word used for someone who has mad.
