Whst meal in the day do you skip if you desire to loose weight.

Eating of breakfast energies you and helps you not to feel hungry later in day to avoid over eating, with the energy you can easily make right decision on your food intake later in day to avoid junks but when you skip breakfast you can easily eat anything that comes your way.
Some suggest skipping of breakfast but I advice eating of it and avoid late heavy night foods.
