This is our local native food called Abacha in Ibo Land Nigeria. It is also known as african salad it is made from casava.
Yes..been long I had this ooo..I think I need one plate of Abacha now with little dry fishes, sliced kpomo, sliced garden egg, pepper and I think a glass of palm wine would do😂😂😂

I've never eaten it like this... I've eaten it parboiled, in rich sweets like churros... But never in a salad.
That means .u are really missing a lot. Over here we don't cook it. May be I will drop a post on how to prepare it
