A lot people cannot differentiate between the time they work and play because they work while playing and play while working which is not supposed to be so. There is supposed to be a distinguishable difference between work and play. There is a saying by Theodore Roosevelt which I will paraphrase. She said when you are playing, play hard and when you work don't play at all. This is an advice let's make it productive when you want to work and ensure that you enjoy your play Moments to the fullest when you choose to play. Set aside time for each don't mix it together. The human body needs time to relax and engage in some leisure activities. Therefore, you don't have to work at all times because you want people to perceive you as hard-working. Hard-working people know how to juggle their time and balance both their work time and their playtime.
To become successful in life it takes sleepless nights, burning night candles, determination, dedication, focus, and hard work among others. You need to always be on your toes at all time and ensure that you keep moving even if you feel you are on the right track. If you're on the right track and your are stagnant you may be run over but others coming behind you and that may be all for you. What is the essence of being on the right track and losing it at the end? As much as he paid his in mind don't forget to have his truck again that allows you to rest and Energize yourself in any sphere of your life That You Are applying this principle.

From Monday to Friday you see people go to work and do not dedicate at least little time to relax and engage in leisure activities. There are lots of activities that people can try out to relax and ensure that they dust out the stress of the week. The passion could be for seeing movies, visiting the gym, playing video games, hanging out with friends, reading books or even what most people love doing... sleeping.

In conclusion, in as much as you work hard strike a balance between your work time and your playtime. I will conclude by a childhood quote that says all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.
