I have been developing a topic that has been involved in my personal life, what I have not been a single person to face this situation, for me it is a pleasure to share with you content developers who belong to the world of cryptographers.


The importance of "Learning Without Emotions"; It turns out to be a simple topic at first sight, but when you have to face a series of circumstances that are out of your hands, for example adapting a different life system from the one you used to have and even having to change a job that you have had for 20 years. From the youngest to the elderly, we have had to learn from scratch certain activities that you have taught us to undertake.

Five years ago we never imagined that we would have to move from face-to-face classes to virtual classes and look for ways to teach our students effectively.

We must be careful with the Confidence we feel when learning with the Knowledge we acquire, because confidence is filled with emotions, while knowledge is objective and focused on authentic learning. A simple example is when you learn to sell, it turns out that because of confidence you thought it was simple, emotions damage your mental stability and sanity, causing damage to your confidence, therefore insisting on learning, accepting your limits, will make you a better version of yourself than you ever thought you could achieve.

Leadership is a growing mutual help, team building, fellowship and blood ties, it not only generates confidence in emotions, it not only creates motives to overcome obstacles, but also develops achievable goals that are within your limits, a Leader is the one who helps you move forward.

Learning without emotions is to accept that you have difficulties, that you are not perfect, that you can achieve staggered goals without feeling unattainable pressures, many advise that it is necessary to set habits that fit a prosperous lifestyle, it is true that you do exercise in the mornings, It is true that if you exercise in the mornings, eat a balanced diet, go jogging in the afternoons, share with your friends and family, it is something that will help you a lot, but if the emotions reappear, you relapse in anguish, what better to avoid the pain, accept that the pain exists, see the pain as a challenge for which you can overcome.

To leave aside the pain, is to keep a grudge in your thoughts, every time you want to move forward, your thoughts will remember the pain you feel inside, when you accept that the pain exists, it is present, then that is when you discover that it was not complicated to deal with your emotional problems.

I have put this into practice in my life, it has really worked, it has been a very extraordinary change.
