December is always my favourite month. It's a month which symbolise of hope and love. Despite this is an unexpectedly bumpy year but I believe it somehow make us more stronger and more adaptive. Unknowingly we have achieved more than we ever know and just be staying healthy is one of the most remarkable ones.
As we came to the end of the year, lets us be reminded to care and love ourself more. We might be overwhelmed by so many news and also fear day in and day out and subconsciously putting our mental health at risk.
Take a break and fall in you to your self again. You definitely deserve it .❤️
十二月一直以来是我最喜欢的月份,在我心中它代表着爱与希望。虽然今年一路走来感觉有点坎坷、颠簸,但是无形中却锻炼了我们。如今的我们无论是心脏、适应能力都更强了。有可能你感觉这一年里什么都没有做到,但是其实你做了很多,保持健康就是其中一个最好的成就。
来到了2020年的尾声,请别忘了要更加爱你自己。可能这一路的纷纷扰扰,让我们忽视了自己的心理健康,可她可是万事的养分。一颗开心的心,会让所有的事情好起来。
