A standalone discipline commission will start ruling on the 115 financial charges that faced Pep Guardiola's City next month, with the decision expected early next year. City, who begin their bid for a FIFTH straight Premier League title at Chelsea on Sunday, are being charged with supposedly violating the League's financial rules, some of which date back to 2009.
The charges has all been denied by the current premier league title holders.

If proven guilty, City might lose points, be fined, or possibly be kicked out of the Premier League.
Everton and Leicester city are also involved in an ongoing case right now while chelses are also being investigated for a possible violation during the abrahimovich era.
For breaking PSR regulations last season, Everton received eight points and Nottingham Forest received four.
