The cheslea legend has been without club since last year were he held the position of an interim manager at chelsea.
Lampard has led the Blues, Derby County, and Everton after retiring in 2016.
The three-time Premier League winner is currently in the race for Coventry's vacant management role.
Doug King, Sky Blues owner, has revealed that Lampard is being evaluated for the post.
