Milutin Osmajic, a striker for Preston, has been suspended for EIGHT MATCHES for attacking Owen Beck of Blackburn.
The event happened during the September 30th 0-0 tie.
Osmajic reacted angrily when Beck first kicked out at American midfielder Duane Holmes, earning him a red card.
Furthermore, Osmajic was only displayed in yellow during the replays that followed, even though Beck pointed to the bite mark.
The Montenegrin forward evaded an initial ban and played Preston's following two games - scoring in his last outing against Watford.
However, the FA did look into the bite, and he was charged after that.
Now, the FA have announced his eight-man banning and £15,000 fine
