A well-known Instagram model has been brought into a court case after she purportedly made up allegations of rape and bodily assault against AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez. In 2017, Luisa Kremleva reported that she was sexually assaulted by the football player while driving a £70,000 Porsche Cayenne close to an upscale Spanish nightclub. The French football player, who transferred from La Liga to Serie A in 2019, was accused by the Spanish TV personality of inflicting knee injuries on her by shoving her out of the car.
Hernandez, who hadn't been apprehended, confessed to having intercourse with her but insisted it was consensual. At the time, Spanish police sources told The Sun that they were looking into a claim of sexual assault. But once a judge determined that there was insufficient proof to prove the claimed offenses were committed, the case was dismissed by the court. Subsequently, the prosecutors discovered CCTV evidence which demonstrated that the model had sustained her knee injuries in an unintentional fall outside the club.
