Legendary Italian Robert Baggio was taken to the hospital by ambulance after being attacked and robbed by armed criminals. He was watching Italy's 1-0 loss to Spain in Euro 2024 when the startling incident happened. Yesterday, while his country was at war, Baggio and his family were the victims of a home invasion. The incident was revealed today by Corriere del Veneto, which said that the “serious attack” happened in the Altavilla Vicentina villa of the former Ballon d'Or winner. The 57-year-old former forward allegedly went through a nightmare that lasted for almost 40 minutes. Five armed guys allegedly broke into Baggio's property and he attempted to beat them off.
However, the fearless star was unable to repel them, and he and his beloved ones were ultimately imprisoned in a closet.
The robbers immediately left after they were done taking watches and jeweleries who managed to free himself from the closest before Calling the police.
