I just saw the first quarter final game in the WWC in Australia-New Zealand. Spain vs Netherlands, long game too, it went to the thirty minutes over time. Again the thing which most intrigued me was the very bad refereeing. Hardly any cards, hand balls are not given, it just does not convince me.
The game itself was mostly controlled by Spain, but like they male compatriots, they too lack definition. But the Dutch defense in the end proved weak enough to let the Spanish attack score the winner. I guess it was a deserved win. There is a game at two a.m., l am not watching it, I am sleepy already.
