As Indkast has mentioned before, Marcus Rashford's future is uncertain, as there is a lack of playing time at his childhood club Manchester United. Ralf Rangnick has not used Rashford as much as previous Managers have, and therefore it is a very unfamiliar situation for the young star.
Rashford has only started in nine Premier League matches this season and managed to score five goals. With a team that does not appear to be in the Champions League next season, it would also be an opportunity to play international ball for Rashford if Arsenal manage to stay in fourth place in the Premier League.
This season have been a mess for Rashford. He is still in his prime but still can't cement his position in Manchester United. I don't know if Arsenal would be a better option, but the lad really need playing time. Wherever that may be.
