A sigil is a kind of logo made from a sentence or few sentences you want to manifest into your life. The idea is that it bypasses the conscious mind and goes straight to the subconscious as a kind of subliminal message. To make one I write my sentence, remove the vowels and then the double consonants. I then put the letters remaining g together in a nice order and then draw a logo over the top, you can be as creative as you like. It’s best to try and forget the original wording and carry the sigil around and look at it throughout the day till you manifested what you desire.

I only just found out about affirmations. I like this idea being a visual person too. Might try it. Now just gotta work out what it is I want hahahaha
you can do a few I made some last year and painted them onto mini canvas 2 of the 3 so far came true as I manifested union with my person and then travelling to a beach with him and they both happened, the money one is only so so haha need to get it back out.
have you tried painting them onto a small pebble, that might work better. Keep it by your bed so you can see it last thing and first.
