What's With The World?

The world has gone wrong and nothing makes sense
It's so fast we are so quick to talk about good moments in past tense
We have leaders we can't even call anything other than dense
They are concerned with amassing the wealth - tall enough to build a fence
My heart aches for humanity and that's why I am penning this, hence
If only we can see the end with a magic swoop or magnifying lens
Only then can we understand but still, I will drop my 2 cents, maybe 2 pens
Everyone is angry and it's easier to see everyone acting and looking tense
We all need a breather...a miracle but cometh from whence?
There seem to be no hope for this world and only God can help us
A close relationship with the Father makes our reality different
Judging by human character, you will turn into who you shouldn't be
It takes strength to stay sane in such an insane world as this
People carelessly tell lies with no iota of conscience pricking them
They have killed their conscience so much it doesn't even twitch with lies anyone
Some goes as far as wickedness and they accept it as a norm
What's with the world that makes everyone just act up without conscience?
It's easier to get lost in the crowd - losing your identity
But kudos to those who choose to not follow the ways of madness in the world
More fortunate are those even, who found God and accepted Jesus as their Lord
Because on the best cushion to rest is definitely on God's Word
You can fight the way through life with assurance of God's double edged sword
What's with the world that it cages people in and turn them into something else?
The temptation of money? Love of attention
Desire to keep your ego intact or the act of showing off?
To what end? From whence we come...we still go...leaving all behind
The end justifies the means they say but why not be concerned where you end up eventually?
Nothing can justify wickedness, selfishness and hatred
Nothing can justify killing all because of reasons that doesn't hold much water
Jesus is The Way, The Truth and The Life and that's my take too.

El mundo ha ido mal y nada tiene sentido
Es tan rápido que nos apresuramos a hablar de los buenos momentos en pasado
Tenemos líderes a los que no podemos llamar otra cosa que densos
Están preocupados por amasar la riqueza - lo suficientemente alta como para construir una valla
Me duele el corazón por la humanidad y por eso escribo esto.
Si tan sólo pudiéramos ver el final con un golpe mágico o lente de aumento
Sólo entonces podremos entender, pero aún así, voy a dejar caer mis 2 centavos, tal vez 2 plumas
Todo el mundo está enfadado y es más fácil ver a todo el mundo actuar y parecer tenso.
Todos necesitamos un respiro... un milagro, pero ¿de dónde viene?
Parece que no hay esperanza para este mundo y sólo Dios puede ayudarnos
Una estrecha relación con el Padre hace que nuestra realidad sea diferente
A juzgar por el carácter humano, te convertirás en quien no debes ser
Se necesita fuerza para mantenerse cuerdo en un mundo tan loco como este
La gente dice mentiras despreocupadamente sin que les remuerda la conciencia.
Han matado su conciencia tanto que ni siquiera se estremece con mentiras nadie
Algunos van tan lejos como la maldad y lo aceptan como una norma
¿Qué pasa con el mundo que hace que todos actúen sin conciencia?
Es más fácil perderse en la multitud: perder la identidad.
Pero felicitaciones a los que optan por no seguir los caminos de la locura en el mundo
Más afortunados aún son aquellos, que encontraron a Dios y aceptaron a Jesús como su Señor
Porque en el mejor cojín para descansar es definitivamente en la Palabra de Dios
Puedes luchar en el camino de la vida con la seguridad de la espada de doble filo de Dios
¿Qué le pasa al mundo que enjaula a las personas y las convierte en otra cosa?
¿La tentación del dinero? El amor a la atención
¿Deseo de mantener su ego intacto o el acto de presumir?
¿Con qué fin? De donde venimos... seguimos yendo... dejándolo todo atrás
Dicen que el fin justifica los medios, pero ¿por qué no preocuparse por el final?
Nada puede justificar la maldad, el egoísmo y el odio.
Nada puede justificar matar a todos por razones que no se sostienen mucho
Jesús es el Camino, la Verdad y la Vida y esa es mi opinión también.
