POEM

We all have been wounded, In one way or the other. And the wounds our faith grounded, That we lost hope of getting better.

But, the ray of a little light
Of hope that shone on our paths,
Gave us a refined new sight
To see a different new path.

And with everything we've got
Within our wounded heart and soul,
We pressed on till we forgot
The wounds that left in our hearts, a hole

And with that little light, we shone,
So bright that every one could see
The difference in us; the wounds gone,
Holding us down no more; we're free.

Now we're inspirations to others
Who're threading similar old path,
That's wounding and binding them in felters.
Making them stuck in the treacherous paths.

We let our light of hope shine
In their path, and help show the way
Out of the evil way, into the divine
Path, helping them out of their dismay.

You are the light of the world,
Grace made you find that light.
Do not hide the light, being so cold
Toward those in their darkest plight.

Reach out to others in the dark,
Be the light that shines into their life.
That's how you leave an indelible mark
In the lives of those you influence in life.
