While scanning the files on my laptop, I came across this photo of my family taken last year. It is no secret that they are my priceless possessions. We may not have all the luxuries in life but we have each other and the love that we share makes life worth living despite the challenges that come.
Raising three children is not a joke. Sometimes when I get upset with the things happening around the home, I feel that I have somewhat failed in being a parent to our children. But I am grateful that there is always a new day to better myself and improve. No one ever said that being a parent or a mother to be specific is easy, yet in the long run, all the efforts that I have put into upbringing our children together with my husband will be all worth it.
I have always looked forward to the day that I will have a family of my own and it has come true almost 14 years ago and I am indeed grateful.
The past 14 years were not a smooth journey but I would say I made the right decision. I am happy that I took the courage with my husband to start our own family.
I know in this lifetime we will never run out of trials and challenges. We just have to hold on and keep the faith that things will always work out in the end.
So to anyone who is reading this blog of mine who is going through a struggle or a problem, keep the faith and always have hope that one day, the solution to your problems will come and the situation will get better.
