Hello everybody,
This morning, when I swept the aratelis leaves in front of our house, this is my everyday chores, I spotted that the Morning Glory plants have many blooms!
I placed the broom at side, and, ran inside the house, got my phone and snapped the flowers right away. I can't explain the happiness I felt seeing this natures beauty. Their color is so amazing.
I got the stem along the bridge here in our City, planted in a container, happy much watching it grow and flower. I really thought it could not survive. It was the other way around when one day I noticed buds at the tips.
At first I do not know the name of this flower plant. When I let the Picture This App identify it, it says Pink Morning Glory a species of Morning glories whose botanical name Ipomoea carnea.
Also known as Morning Glory Tree, Morning Glory Tree Bush, Bush morning glory and Shrubby morning glory. Most Morning Glories are vines but the pink morning is a shrub. In Brazil, it is known as "canudo-de-pito", which translates to "pipe cane", as its hallow tubes were used to make tobacco pipes. The stems can be used to make paper. Waah good to know, I want to plant more of this plant.
It's first bloom in November 2022...
Last year not much flowers showed up.
I really did not regret planting this flower plant, it makes me happy
Just until here guys hope you like this flowers,
too.
Thanks for dropping by....
