La mille miglia (part 1) - [EN]-[IT]

The Mille Miglia is a regularity race that takes place in Italy where vintage cars participate.
This year this particular race also crossed the country where I live. So I had the opportunity to see these old-time racing cars whiz by. I admit that it is the first time that I have seen these vintage cars racing along the streets live. For those who love engineering and the past, it is truly an excellent opportunity to observe and see things that are difficult to see in everyday life. I release some photos below, then I will do another post where I will describe what type of competition is the 1000 miles.

La mille miglia è una gara di regolarità che si svolge in Italia dove partecipano autovetture d’epoca.
Quest’anno questa particolare corsa attraversava anche il paese dove abito. Quindi ho avuto l’occasione di poter vedere sfrecciare queste autovetture da corsa di una volta. Ammetto che è la prima volta che vedo dal vivo queste autovetture d’epoca correre lungo le strade. Per chi ama l’ingegneria ed il passato è davvero un’ottima occasione per osservare e vedere cose che difficilmente si vedono durante la vita quotidiana. Rilascio qui di seguito alcune foto, poi farò un altro post dove descriveró che tipologia di competizione è la 1000 miglia.
