At this year's Mille Miglia, competing with the number 201, was a fantastic XK120 OTS ROADSTER from 1951.
The XK 120 was presented at the Geneva (Switzerland) motor show in 1948. Production of this car ran from 1948 to 1954. The XK 120 is a luxury sports car produced by Jaguar. The abbreviation 120 referred to the 120 mph (193 km/h) top speed this car could reach. This car is highly sought after among collectors.
A model like the one in the photograph can cost up to €130,000.
The first examples, all roadsters, were hand-built from 1948 to 1950.

Quest’anno alla Mille Miglia in gara con il numero 201, c’era una fantastica XK120 OTS ROADSTER del 1951.
La XK 120 fu presentata al salone di Ginevra (Svizzera) nel 1948. La produzione di questa autovettura va dal 1948 al 1954. La XK 120 è un’autovettura sportiva di lusso prodotta dalla Jaguar. La sigla 120 si riferiva ai 120 mph (193 km/h) di velocità massima che poteva raggiungere questa auto. Quest’auto è molto ricercata tra i collezionisti.
Un modello come quello in fotografia puó costare fino a 130.000 €.
I primi esemplari, tutti roadster, furono costruiti a mano dal 1948 al 1950.
