Chevrolet Impala SS [EN]-[IT]

At a classic car show I saw this Chevrolet Impala SS. This passenger car was produced by the U.S. automaker Chevrolet. The first cars came out in 1958. The Impala's production years range from 1958 to 2020. The Impala is part of the large passenger cars, and at a time when the market was dominated by these types of cars the Impala was the best-selling car.
It was built by engineer Ed Cole who designed this prestige car with costs that could be afforded by the average American. Until 1996 the Impala was the best-selling large car. In 1965, 1 million were sold in the U.S. alone.
There were several versions of this car, hardtop, sedan, coupe, station wagon, and in 1961 the SS version was also introduced. It was the Chevrolet Impala SS version that I saw at the event and below I show some photos.

Ad una manifestazione di autovetture d’epoca ho visto questa Chevrolet Impala SS. Questa autovettura è stata prodotta dalla casa automobilistica statunitense Chevrolet. Le prime autovetture uscirono nel 1958. Gli anni di produzione della Impala vanno dal 1958 al 2020. L’Impala fa parte delle autovetture di grandi dimensioni e nel momento in cui il mercato era dominato da queste tipologie di auto l’Impala era la macchina più venduta.
Fu costruita dall'ingegnere Ed Cole che progettó questa autovettura di prestigio con dei costi che potevano essere sostenuti dall’americano medio. Fino al 1996 l’Impala era la macchina di grandi dimensioni più venduta. Nel 1965 ne furono vendute 1 milione solo negli U.S.A.
Di questa autovettura esistevano diverse versioni, hardtop, berlina, coupè, station wagon e nel 1961 fu introdotta anche la versione SS. È proprio la versione Chevrolet Impala SS che ho visto alla manifestazione e qui di seguito mostro alcune foto.
L’Impala è tra le macchine di grandi dimensioni più vendute al mondo, avete mai visto questa autovettura?
