Hello photography lovers!
Did the first days of your week work well?
Hope the best things will come to you in a new and productive week.
Today I would like to introduce to you a place located in Japan that I visited when I was a trainee. Interesting experiences, beautiful landscapes, Japanese food culture, and people left me with unforgettable impressions. And the place I want to introduce to you in today's article is the cherry blossom country of Gifu Prefecture, Japan - Kasukawa Kasen Park.
Japan is also known as "the land of the rising sun" because of its name because the country is located in the east part of Asia, and is the country that welcomes the first sunrise of the day in the world. This place is known as the land of cherry blossoms. Referring to Japan, we often think of images of Mount Fuji or parks filled with the colors of cherry blossoms and other flowers. I am fortunate to have set foot in the land of Gifu, a province located in the south of Japan, my tour lasted 1 week with my friends. The place I go to visit is Kasukawa Kasen Park (粕川河川公園), with a very large and beautiful campus, I had the opportunity to visit this place to visit and experience very fun and interesting.
Gifu is a prefecture located in the Tokai subregion with an area of 10,621 km², in the Chubu region with the administrative center of Gifu city. In recent years, Gifu Prefecture has another famous point as the center of space research in Japan, which creates development and special for this prefecture. The climate in Gifu is mild and pleasant but covers all types of weather in Japan from cool to hot to heavy snow. Kasukawa Kasen Park is located in Funago, Ikeda, Ibi District, Gifu 503-2409. The weather when I came here is starting spring with many kinds of knitted flowers blooming and there is a special flower and the symbol of Japan is the cherry blossom. Flowers in full bloom fill the large park, the guests who come here are mainly immersed in the atmosphere of spring, check-in by the romantic cherry gardens. See the petals of Japan's cherry blossoms, striding along the colorful and fragrant streets.
Cherry blossom is a special flower to the Japanese because of its delicate beauty and beautiful gentle colors, in addition, this flower also carries a symbol of life and death, cherry trees have a very long life, there are trees that are over 100 years old, the cherry blossoms bloom for a very short time and when the flowers fade, the petals fall delicately in the wind, the scenery is amazing and exactly like the scenes from the Japanese animation movies that I have seen. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom covered with brilliant white and pink, and this is the first time I've seen cherry blossoms bloom in Japan, the feeling is indescribable, so beautiful and so perfect that it's hard to imagine. Standing in the middle of the scene surrounded by flowers, as if I was standing in a fairyland, I really didn't want to leave this place at all.
The weather changes from winter to spring, which means that the cold weather of winter also gradually dissipates, replaced by warmer and more pleasant weather. Spring brings new expectations for the new year, with this meaning Cherry blossoms are a symbol of luck and prosperity, so this flower has great spiritual value to the people of the country here. Spreading along the park are peach trees with many years of life with large bodies, tall plows reaching out to both sides of the road with 3 main colors white, pink and red cherry blossoms, each color has its own color. A unique beauty, racing to bloom under the sunshine of spring, creating an extremely beautiful picture of nature, the gentle and mellow scent makes anyone coming here feel relaxed. The cherry blossom represents purity and innocence and is also the symbol of Japan's national flower, symbolizing beauty, fragility, and innocence. In winter, this tree will lose all its leaves, leaving only bare branches. But when spring comes, cherry blossoms bloom in a corner of the sky, creating an extremely beautiful scene that captivates people's hearts. To the Japanese people, cherry blossoms not only symbolize beauty, but also sadness about brevity, fading, humility, and patience.
When you come to Kasukawa Kasen Park, you can also see the beautiful and majestic scenery of the surrounding mountains, next to the Kasugawa River with clear blue water. In addition to playing on the river, on the opposite bank, there is a golf course, you can participate in different activities. There is nothing more wonderful than seeing such a charming landscape. With my camera, I took advantage to save the wonderful natural picture of this land of thousands of flowers. Coming here, in addition to enjoying the beautiful scenery, you can organize overnight camping sessions. This is a free automatic campsite and no reservation required, very well managed, even the toilets are very clean, you can go with friends, family or alone without having to worry about what. I see here a lot of tourists and especially families with children who also visit and stay at this park a lot. I think it's a must-visit destination when you come to Gifu Prefecture.
According to some information, in recent years due to the influence of the Covid epidemic, overnight camping has been postponed. Sorry about that. I hope that once the pandemic is under control, there will be more tourist activity here. Hopefully, in the future, I have the opportunity to return to Japan to experience more about the culture, cuisine, and people here.
Japan is a country with enchanting and strangely attractive landscapes in 4 colors in a year. Spring with cherry blossoms in full bloom spread throughout the parks and roads in Japan from the city to the countryside. Summer is the golden sunshine that fills the space, the fresh breeze from the North, the immense purple lavender gardens, the whole sky, and the shady streets of green trees. Autumn in Japan is the red leaf season "Momiji" (red leaf season) with the maple leaves changing from yellow to red covering all areas with colorful colors. December to the end of February with low temperatures, sometimes down to minus °C, you can enjoy skiing in the fun areas, with festivals organized like ice festival, snow festival or stream experience traditional hot water. Each season in Japan is a different beauty, and each season offers us the most wonderful views.
Hopefully, the above place to help you have more suggestions when traveling in Gifu Prefecture, Japan.
And if you have the opportunity, come to this “Rising Sun" country once to be able to admire the great beauty of this region.
