Waiting for breakfast
I don't seem to take as many nature shots as I once used to. But a couple of days ago I was stood at the kitchen window looking at the drab grey outdoors. I noticed, in the bushes, there were lots and lots of dew covered spider webs.
Dew covered web #1
Recently I've had a a bit of a "can't be bothered" attitude, when it comes to photography. I have really had to push myself to get out there with my camera. No matter what the subject, So I thought "do it!"
Dew covered web #2
SO I picked up my camera, attached the macro lens, put on my shoes and went to grab a couple of shots. Twenty minutes later, I was beginning to get a tad annoyed with myself. From the warmth inside the house I hadn't realised quite how breezy it was outside. How many shots did I take? As soon as I seemed to get my focus, the breeze knocked the web out of focus. Again and again.
Dew covered web #3
I managed to get a few semi-decent shots, although so many more were out, but hopefully these are sharp enough to pass muster. One thing though, isn't nature bloody awesome at times. I can't get over just how pretty spider webs can be.
About me:
I can mostly be found shooting models, aviation, motorsports and, when I can, wildlife. But I enjoy most aspects of photography.
