I love watching my wife go through the process of making fresh kimchi. It is soothing to her soul (being from Seoul) and an enchanting and magical cultural experience for me to see the authentic methods and steps she takes from scratch to finished product. It fosters a deeper connection and level of respect hard to put in words. Then of course I get to enjoy this absolutely delicious nutrient dense food. Very blessed indeed.
