Winter in Wisconsin is cold and often dreary. Before Christmas I bought some amaryllis bulbs in anticipation of this bleak and often dreary time of the year.
This lovely amaryllis brightened my winter days with its beautiful blooms.
I gave amaryllis bulbs to family, friends and neighbors, too. It's been fun seeing what colors theirs turned out to be
