Good morning fellow Blurt members! I want to introduce you to this impressive building that stores the water tanks that are distributed in the city of Buenos Aires. Built in 1887 and inaugurated in 1894 by the architect Olaf Boye, characterized by its eclectic style, it is one of the most important and beautiful buildings in the city.

It has three floors and houses 12 water tanks. It is located in the Balvanera neighborhood on Córdoba Avenue.

The building was declared a national historic monument despite the fact that there was much controversy over the fact that a palace was dedicated to a water reservoir, however it is not just a reservoir, inside it is a library that very few people know about but access to it is limited.

The materials used for its construction were brought from several countries among which we can mention Belgium and England.

Do you like architecture and these beautiful structures and facades? Well, I love it 😊
