This one great example if a space is not planned well or even put into drawing and documents prior to construction. Yes it maybe easy to supervise it and check if there is someone knowledgeable to look into the construction and and be aware of the problem and relay to the owner but what if there is no technical people to supervise or that the owner is not present during the time it is being constructed.
In this image because the overall space was not carefully planned, the T&B have to suffer in space.. Just look at my colleagues knees on the floor while sitting on the water closet.
Another problem with this is that the contractor did not even bother to relay this problem to the owner side but instead they continue to finish the T&B. You can see that they even put a mirror just to finish the scope of works..
It is always better to plan before executing it. As they say, Those who fails to plans, plans to fail.
