Hello my dear friends!
Today I ran the camera around the yard and took some shots of my animals and garden. Our ordinary life. It is so fragile now and can be destroyed at any moment. I try not to think about it and live one day at a time.
Michelle. A real punishment for me 😁 From a tiny fur ball that fits in my palm, which was thrown under the fence for us in the fall, it turned into something uncontrollable and raised the art of ignoring any of my demands to a completely unattainable level. But I still love this "very bad girl" 😘
Joy has occupied a chair in my room and categorically refuses to leave. No no no! In this heat? Don't even ask me!
Kittens began to explore the territory. So far, I have given them a place in my flower garden. Here they are safe, but they can see other animals and other animals can see them.
My favorite apricot lily has blossomed. Honestly, I was not sure that it survived the winter and bought another one. Now I have two of them. The second one is still in the bud.
The phlox has also begun to bloom. This is also a great option for lazy gardeners! You need to work hard once so that they take root and then they will delight you with their flowering without any effort on your part.
Another gem of my garden is the blue spruce. We bought it with my ex-husband as a Christmas tree and did not really hope that it would take root. But everything worked out! The color is really amazing.
Daylilies continue to bloom one after another. This year I transplanted some of the orange ones under the fence. They are tall and thick enough to form the bottom row of hedges.
The upper part will be created using wild grapes. It is growing very fast and I hope that next year I will have a fully realized vision.
Unless, of course, the dogs again climb into the flower garden and make their own adjustments to design!
In addition, I will have to constantly watch that wild grapes do not destroy the cultivated vine. Luckily both vines come from different sides of the garden path so I hope to be up to the task.
It's a wine variety and every year I ask myself why I don't make wine yet? Probably because then I'll be spending most of the year in my wine cellar 😉
Another novelty in my garden is amaryllis. The flowers are oddly short but I think this may be because the bulbs are too young.
Michelle and Uma are watching my gardening work. It's not them in the aviary, it's me sitting in a cage with flowers! 😁
The future treat for my squirrels. I must admit that this walnut tree gives me some problems... It is huge and nothing grows near it. But on the other hand, I like it.
A wild duck explains to her duckling the rules of life in our yard.
Evening song from Kudah-Tah-Tah for you!
