My new phone has a built in program for filters and they love it. But they just borrow my phone for a very short time, I never allow them to have it the whole day.
I Always encourage them to paly outside along with their siblings and cousins to build their personalities and social communication.
Going outside is important, the new generation play less and less outside with friends...
