Я як жінка дуже хвилююся за тих дітей та жінок, які зараз перебувають в Україні.
Добре, якщо тих територій, де не відбуваються бойові дії люди мають власне житло та певні запаси чи то грошей, чи то продукції для життя. у сільській місцевості з давніх-давен люди фактично мали автономний спосіб життя, все вирощували на городі, на полях, у хлівах є власне господарство, а у власному будинку пічка чи твердопаливний котел на дровах.
А як бути у містах чи селах, де люди проживають у багатоквартирних будинках? Як там зігріватися? А як бути, якщо немає власного городу чи хліва?
Цієї зими може бути й холодно і голодно, адже росія вже всю Україну лишила на аварійній електричній мережі, з віяловими відключеннями. Вже зараз вимикати електрику планують на шість і більше годин.
Хочеться пригадати досвід Грузії у 90-х роках, коли вони сиділи взагалі без електрики й готували їжу на відкритому вогні, а у квартирах ставили буржуйки.
Чи зможе держава з соціальними службами та місцевою владою завчасно підготуватися та рятувати ситуацію, якщо така настане?

And what about in cities or villages where people live in apartment buildings? How to warm up there? And what if you don't have your own garden or barn?
It may be cold and hungry this winter, because Russia has already left the entire Ukraine on an emergency power grid, with fan outages. They are already planning to turn off the electricity for six or more hours.
I would like to recall the experience of Georgia in the 90s, when they sat without electricity at all and cooked food on an open fire, and in their apartments they put small pots.
Will the state, with social services and local authorities, be able to prepare in advance and save the situation, should it arise?
