Six people were killed and five others injured in a vehicle accident in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, on the morning of Monday.
The event happened in Oke Eleshin, Amuloko, on Akanran Road, in the state's Ona Ara Local Government Area.
The vehicles who were victim of the incident is said to be two separate vehicles , one is a trailer transporting tiles and the other is a lorry laden with soft beverages.
A total of six individuals have been confirmed dead during the collison and five people injured.
A student was among those injured, and his mother was reportedly killed in the crash.
Four of the injured were transported to the adjacent Amuloko City Hospital, where two primary school pupils were treated as outpatients and two with severe injuries were admitted for proper care.
The deceased were transported to an undisclosed hospital.
