Mendy brought Citizens to a two-day workplace tribunal in Manchester last month, saying the club wrongfully cut his £500,000 monthly income when he spent time in custody in August 2021 after being accused with sex crimes.
On Wednesday, Tribunal Judge Joanne Dunlop concluded that Mendy has the right to a multi-million pound settlement for the club's unauthorized withdrawals from his earnings.
