A newlywed couple, Yaryna Arieva and Sviatoslav Fursin. The two have already taken up arms to fight Russian aggression.
Both have joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces Territorial Defense Force, made up of volunteers. The couple was supposed to get married next May, but everything fell apart. The couple got married ahead of schedule when Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24. On one side was the Russian attack, on the other the air attack siren. In the midst of all these obstacles, they have completed the formalities of marriage in the capital Kyiv.
On the one hand, while the people of Ukraine are fleeing the country for fear of war, they have decided not to go anywhere in search of security after marriage, not on their honeymoon after marriage, to fight against Russian aggression on the battlefield. He took an oath on the first day of marriage to fight for the protection of the country.
