Dictators can be 'frogs' - i.e benevolent ....(the preferred political state of affairs in my opinion).

This is why 'benevolent dictators' (kings and their equivalents) allowed for court jesters to be par t of proceedings - to take the piss out of them.
(and no problem with satire at their expense in the theaters etc) .

No insecurity (the frog state, or 'master morality' in Nietzsche's terms), with the self recognition of them being human and being able to laugh at themselves (love) - even if all powerful at the same time.

The collectivist commies are the opposite - ALL insecurity, and fear. (no love)...'slave morality'...
